Our 30-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached and must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and make sure it is resolved.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promo items or gift vouchers.
Replacements
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the received item and, when the return has been accepted, to purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be in its original packaging. In addition, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, within 10 working days you will receive your refund automatically via your original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible.
